Sarna builds synergy within SEEDS and in the wider community through robust evaluation techniques and the forging of innovate partnerships. Internally, she is responsible for the daily operations of SEEDS and is unafraid to experiment with pioneering management and adaptive leadership techniques. Her focus is on using a triple-bottom-line approach toward building community self-reliance. She has a BA in Anthropology and Sociology from Kalamazoo College in Michigan and an MS in Community Development from the University of California at Davis. Does she enjoy studying behavioral economics and ecological literacy in her spare time? Absolutely!
